**We will bill to all dental polices, with the exception of Medicaid, MiChild or Healthy Kids, regardless of their network participation, and accept their payment. As a courtesy to our patients, we confirm benefits prior to their appointments and prepare an estimated out of pocket amount due at the time of service. However, this is not a guarantee of payment and may result with an additional balance due that is the patients’ responsibility. Should we receive an insurance overpayment, we will issue a refund to the patient in the form of a check.
**We strongly encourage patients to reach out to their insurance company to request more detailed information specific to their policy.
**We are able to submit a request for pre-treatment estimates (Pre-Determination), however, this procedure can typically take up to a month and does not result in a guarantee of payment from your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
